americans have said we can deal with the lies that president obama tells us because we believe in his heart he has the best interest for the american people. >> so that's what the white house is selling that president obama wants what is best for the folks. and i believe that's true in theory, in theory. he does want what's best for the folks. the problem is his vision is running up against reality. the economy is being held back by his tax policies and by obama care mandates on business. there is no question about that that's not what's best. the medical industry in america will suffer from obamacare. it will be harder for working folks to see a doctor and healthcare costs will actually rise because of co-pays and deductible, that's not what's best. barack obama will not believe me and others who see harm to the nation going forward. and that's where we are. and that's the memo. now, for the top story tonight, reaction, joining us from washington, fox news political analyst charles krauthammer. i think it's just theoretical, you know, it's this theoretical world that president obama seems

and will remain so. with americans disenchanted by obama care and a bad economy, it would seem the republicans would have some momentum, but they don't. because there is not one clear message. and even on philosophy, political philosophy, the party is deeply divided. it will take a leader like ronald reagan to help heal that breach. now, if you look at the situation nationwide, it's clear the democrats are going to campaign largely in poor and working class precincts. today fast food workers across the country demonstrated for a $15 an hour wage. that has been endorsed by president obama and most every other democrat. the so-called living wage issue will be a democratic hallmark next year. of course, if you give fast food workers a minimum of 15 bucks an hour, fast food prices go up for everybody. so, americans will pay more. that is a primary consideration in the debate. talking points believes the republican party must drop ideology almost entirely and concentrate on the economy and putting forth a healthcare plan that makes sense. everything else really doesn't matter. it's all about wages,

is bad news for president obama across the board on health care policy, 59% of americans disapprove. 37% approve. on the economy, a whopping 65% disapprove. 31% approve. and on immigration policy, 60% disapprove of the president's take, just 32% approve. so you can see the president is standing among americans is at its lowest point ever. the question now becomes can the republican party capitalize in the grand ole party still divided between so-called moderate republicans and committed conservatives. the brawl has been going on for years. and right now the tea party is right in the middle of it. according to real clear politics average, a possible presidential candidates. chris christie a moderate is ahead at 189 percent. conservative rand paul 17%. senator ted cruz 12%. florida senator marco rubio 12%. congressman paul ryan 11%. and jeb bush 10.5%: all these men have a chance to run against hillary clinton in 2016. mrs. clinton is far ahead of any democratic challenger and will remain so. with americans disenchanted by obama care and a bad economy, it would seem the republicans would

of other americans who would pay for it. that's what president obama is trying to accomplish. now, there is no overt religious tenet against the nanny state, so those things come under render to caesar. and in a democracy the folks should decide what kind of political system they want. but, number three, number three, unfettered abortion, that's another matter. the far left wants absolutely no restrictions on destroying a fetus, none. as you may know, we actually ha doctor in philadelphia killing babies after they were born, thank god and i mean that literally, the man is in prison. christians generally oppose abortion unless there is a catastrophic situation with the mother. the far left despises that point of view. number 4, gay marriage. here the secular progressives have won. they have turned public opinion around and gay marriage is now legal in many places. once again, the judeo-christian philosophy opposes marriage unless it is between one man and one woman. and it took years for the seq. could secularists to hammer that point of view into the wall but they succeeded. final

the beginning of the obama care debate i've been telling you it's not the cost of the health insurance that will be the main problem. yes, the cost is going to go higher for working americans, no question, but it is access to doctors that will vex americans in the future. in the next five weeks millions of americans will be added to the medicaid rolls. next year the congressional budget office predicts that 9 million more people will be receiving medicaid. just 69 percent of american doctors accept medicaid now. that number may go lower as government payments drop. if millions are added to the medicaid rolls and two-thirds accept those patients, the lines are going to be all over the place. joining us from oklahoma city, dr. keith smith who has a surgery practice and dr. brooks. dr. brooks, you don't take medicaid health insurance at all, correct? >> that's correct, bill. >> why? >> i don't think i can do a thorough job. i don't believe in running people through my practice. i don't believe in volume practice and the new laws really would necessitate my pushing people through, not doin

mentality's not going to change that. second, american children must master skills in school. but president obama has done very little to reform the teachers unions to encourage discipline in the public schools and to be blunt about why some kids fail. the primary reason children do not learn is that their parents are chaotic, apathetic or not around. it all comes back to parenting and to discipline in the public schools. money doesn't have much to do with it. when i taught high school in miami, private school, but a poor school, i had 45 kids in my class. no air conditioning. the school could barely afford chalk. yet, most of those kids learned and prospered. why? because they were forced to. president obama lives in a world of theories, not a problem-solver. he wants to throw money at everything. his big government programs are failing, period, and that's "the memo." now for the top story tonight, reaction. joining us from los angeles, radio talk show host amy williams and dennis kucinich. where am i going wrong here, mr. kucinich? >> bill, it's not that you're wrong, it's just that you'r
